For customers wishing to benefit from content of Circular 151 related to cash withdrawal from accounts in foreign currency, kindly refer to the following process.

Features

Eligible Clients

Clients who can benefit from BDL Basic Decision 13221 dated 21/4/2020 are:

- Any client who did not benefit from the provisions of BDL Basic Decision 13215 dated 03/4/2020 and wishing to perform cash withdrawals from his accounts in USD or other foreign Currencies.

- The Client shall only withdraw as maximum the monthly amount set by the Bank.

Terms and Conditions:

- Customer shall only withdraw the amount allowed for withdrawal monthly from the Bank in Lebanese Pounds as per the market rate fixed by BDL.

*Conversion rate is defined by BDL.
