Holding a BA and MA in advertising and design, Noelle Ghanem is a 20-something entrepreneur who wanted to connect jobs for creatives with qualified creatives. So she and three friends founded The Bridge, a global jobs network for people in digital, advertising, and design. The idea, as Ms. Ghanem puts it, is to offer subscribers a wealth of information, job posts, knowledge events and guides to bridge the gap between their dreams of working abroad and reality.

The revenue model is based on membership fees, paid job adverts, event tickets and book sales. To date, 1,500 people have signed up, and the platform is steadily evolving into a fuller form.
