Mr. Salim Sfeir, Chairman CEO of Bank of Beirut will be granted the honorary doctorate degree, the highest-level academic recognition, by USEK (the Holy Spirit University of Kaslik). The Honoris Causa is given to honor people who have stood out thanks to their accomplishments towards the University itself and towards Lebanon in general.

Acknowledging Mr. Sfeir’s great achievements in the financial, banking and economic fields, and following the principles the Chairman of Bank of Beirut abides by, USEK has decided to grant him the honorary Doctorate degree in Business Administration and Commercial Sciences.

The Award Ceremony for the insignia of Doctorate Honoris Causa will be held on April 14th and 15th, 2014 at John-Paul II Amphitheater, USEK Main Campus.
