Aiming at developing and enhancing their managers´ leadership skills and pushing their career to a higher level, Bank of Beirut is launching a one-year Leadership Program in February 2014. Bank of Beirut provides a wide range of financial services both locally and internationally with a truly personalized service to anticipate and fulfil the needs of its customers.

The upcoming cutting-edge 12-module Leadership Program will be built on the experiences of the Managers of Bank of Beirut. The aim is to push the managers´ leadership abilities to a level where they successfully can manage themselves, their staff and the organization.

Modern leadership entails new ways of thinking, flexibility and a creative drive. It does not only require expertise and authority, but also emotional intelligence, the right attitude and effective management tools.

The program will be carried out by Munich Development Group, a German Company based in Muscat and specialised in Human Resource Development. The German trainers have a strong profound background in training and development and many years of managerial experience.

All seminars will be highly interactive and based on individual and group activities, case studies, feedback rounds, group dynamic elements and self-awareness sequences as well as consultation and personal discussions.

Personal coaching and collegial exchange as well as a 360° Feedback process will be an integrated part of the program.
