What is considered an international transaction?
An international transaction is a purchase processed by a merchant or acquiring bank located outside Lebanon, as determined by the card network.

When are cashback, minutes applied?
Benefits are applied after transaction settlement and within the timelines specified in the applicable Terms and Conditions.

Are refunds or reversed transactions eligible?
Refunded, reversed, disputed, or chargeback transactions are not eligible and may result in the reversal of previously granted benefits or draw entries.

Which transactions are excluded?
Excluded transactions include, but are not limited to, cash advances, fees, interest charges, transfers, and non-purchase transactions, as defined by the Bank and applicable Merchant Category Codes (MCCs).

How are lounge visits counted?
Each Cedar Lounge entry is deducted from the annual entitlement. Unused visits do not carry forward to the next entitlement period.
