Under the title of “Towards a BankTech Ecosystem for the FMCG Industry”, Bank of Beirut held a Business Intelligence Conference gathering 150+ FMCG industry leaders, distribution companies, retail, supply chains, and factories. The Business Intelligence Conference, held in collaboration with Mastercard on May 14 at the Phoenicia Hotel Beirut, explored the intersection between banking technology and the FMCG sector and focused on the electronic payment solutions provided by the Bank for this industry.
The conference featured panels with expert leaders in the FMCG field, focusing on integrated banking and digital solutions for the FMCG sector. Distinguished panelists from Sultan Food, Ghandour, UCCM, U Food, Almaza, Meptico, Malia Group, Big Pay, Toters, Transmed and other leading experts shared their insights and expertise, offering attendees valuable perspectives on the main challenges and opportunities of the digital transformation in the FMCG industry, in addition to the role of Business Intelligence in automating the sector’s daily financial operations and processes.
Mr. Fred Khoury, Transaction Banking Manager – Bank of Beirut, highlighted the Business Intelligence e-solutions tailored by the Bank for distribution companies, retail, supply chains, and factories.
