In the presence of Bank of Beirut Chairman CEO Dr. Salim Sfeir and the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Gebran Bassil, the “Tree of Joy” shone in the sky of Batroun amidst a crowd of happily gather people right before the festive season.

This year, Bank of Beirut did not stop at it. “We didn’t only lit the tree but we were determined to put hope and joy in the heart of the people in need”, Dr. Sfeir said.

“For this Christmas, we are distributing 3000 boxes of food supplies to the less fortunate in various regions in Lebanon. Our initiative will spread over 2 weeks, noting that these boxes can last for 3months”, he added.

“Our aim is to put a smile on the faces of the ones who cannot spend the holidays like most people, to fill their heart with joy and create warmth in their hearts.”
