In an interview with Al-Liwaa banking supplement, Dr. Salim G. Sfeir, Chairman-CEO, Bank of Beirut s.a.l.,  affirmed that the Bank continues to look forward to further growth despite the prevailing unstable economic situation in the country. This is realized through strategic plans focused not only on profitability, but rather on important issues including risk management, compliance, corporate governance, social responsibility and human capital. Dr. Sfeir also discussed the banking sector’s current situation and the financial performance of his institution.
