The Holy Spirit University of Kaslik (USEK) celebrated the inauguration of the Salim G. Sfeir Building in the presence of H.E. Minister of Education Elias Bou Saab, father Neemtallah El Hachem representing Abbot Tannous Nehme, Superior General of the Lebanese Maronite Order, USEK Rector Father Hadi Mahfouz, Dr. Salim Sfeir, Chairman – CEO of Bank of Beirut along with executives from USEK and Bank of Beirut.
In his speech delivered on the occasion, Sfeir addressed the youth: “Do not fear the future. Have faith in yourself and do not use your diplomas to emigrate. Your country needs you”.
Expressing his gratitude to USEK, Sfeir said: “I am humbled and deeply grateful to USEK and the Lebanese Maronite Order for providing me with true blessings and support in fulfilling my vision, intentions and personal journey. Today, this esteemed University, through the dedication of the School of Business Administration, once again honors me in my name.”
