On January 15th , 2016 the students of the class FBM 351: “Food, Beverage, and Labor Cost Control” will host the 10th anniversary traditional annual dinner of the Department of Hospitality and Tourism Management (DHTM). Students are required to carry out a project, which consists of designing, executing, costing, serving, and evaluating a fine dining venue with an open bar. This dinner is a traditional venue that has been successfully held for the past nine years at Notre Dame University (NDU), being the tenth anniversary the dinner will be held at NDU’s new “Dome” restaurant. The primary source of funding of this Dinner is from corporate sponsors, such as your esteemed institution.

This invitation is a unique sponsorship opportunity of the tenth annual dinner; an event that will attract around 300 people, bringing together university administration, teachers, Food & Beverage professionals, public figures, parents, graduates, and students.

This year’s dinner theme is “India: the Mystic Orient”. It is a fine dining venue with a five set course menu and open bar. The students of FBM 351 would like to ask you for your sponsorship, in partial or in full, in kind or in cash, to help ensure the success of this event.
