Constantly striving to make its employees and especially its top performers always feel valued and appreciated for all their hard work, accomplishments and contributions to the Institution, Bank of Beirut has recently introduced the “Employee of the Quarter” Award to its incentive scheme.

Intended to regularly celebrate the achievements of the people who drive the Bank further ahead, the program was kicked off in October 2015. It recognizes three different categories: “Branch of the Quarter”, “PBR of the Quarter”, and “Team Leader of the Quarter”, offering them recognition awards, certificates and valuable prizes for their outstanding performance.
