As part of Bank of Beirut’s corporate social responsibility strategy to support education and invest in the new generation, Bank of Beirut wrapped-up the 12th Work Success Boot Camp training workshop especially tailored by AMIDEAST for the Bank’s U for Youth program. The 12th version of the Work Success Boot Camp gathered 19 students from various Lebanese universities who won this very special free training program.Aiming at equipping university students, fresh graduates and young professionals with the skills they need to competently enter the workforce and gain a competitive edge in the marketplace, Bank of Beirut offers students aged between 18 and 25 tailor-made boot camp workshops designed to help students improve their interview skills to impress prospective employers. The companies that hire Boot camp graduates will appreciate the strong communication and presentation skills that are developed to help these young people deliver any message clearly and powerfully. Time management, networking, and teamwork skills are also developed as critical competencies valued by employers in all sectors.
