On the occasion of the holidays, Bank of Beirut lit up a giant Christmas tree in Batroun during a ceremony that gathered H.E. Mr. Gebran Bassil - Minister of Foreign Affairs, Dr. Salim Sfeir - Bank of Beirut Chairman, Mgr. Mounir Khairallah - Maronite Bishop of Batroun, Mr. Marcelino El Harak - President of the Batroun Municipality, Mr. Roger Toubia -Qaimacam of the region, Mr. Rock Attieh - Head of the Batroun Merchants' Association, in addition to many eminent figures, mayors, journalists, Bank executives and citizens.

During the ceremony, Dr. Sfeir delivered a speech in which he highlighted the importance of Batroun, the town of civilization and history, announcing to the audience that a new Bank of Beirut branch will open very soon in Batroun.

Finally, the Head of the Batroun Merchants' Association awarded Dr. Salim Sfeir the Association's trophy, in recognition of his generous contributions and strong support.
