4 entire months of teamwork between the Bank of Beirut Academy and Bank of Sydney HR and IT teams were invested to launch Bank of Sydney’s e-Learning Academy.

Committed to ongoing learning, development and success, and thanks to the efforts of Bank of Beirut, Bank of Sydney was able to kick off its e-Learning portal on April 28th, 2014 with the ‘Sales Interview Best Practices’ course that consists of a pre-assessment, a post-assessment and 6 modules. All retail staff members were asked to take and complete the course by June 30th, 2014. The progress of each learner will be monitored through weekly reporting; updates and guidance will be provided when needed.

Being aware that learning is “the big thing” and e-learning is “now the big thing”, Bank of Beirut and Bank of Sydney, hand in hand, are incorporating this new training methodology and offering it free of charge to their respective internal communities.
