  • Ability to choose between two service packages:
-  Inquiry service package: allows account inquiries and request management
-  Full service package: allows account inquiries and and request management, in addition to funds transfer
Service package upgrade downgrade

Service package upgrade or downgrade at any time, through:

-Properly filling and signing the Upgrade my Service Package document and dispatched by email to  bobdirect@bankofbeirut.com.lb or by mail to your branch.

-Properly filling and signing the Upgrade my Service Package document and dispatched by fax to
+961 1 886656 ext.: 4.
Visiting your branch and properly filling and signing the Upgrade my Service Package document.
You may enroll online for Inquiry Service packages only, or by visiting your branch.
Selected service packages may be either upgraded or downgraded at any time, based on your request.
