Features
- Funding: Up to LBP 65,000,000 and up to LBP 480,000,000 for Tree projects
- Loan is available in both LBP and US$
- Interest Rate LBP: 5.14% (beyond 7 years interest is 3% no subsidy) Interest is subsidized up to 4.5% and refunded by the Central Bank to the borrower
- Interest Rate US$: 6.57% Interest is subsidized up to 4.5% and refunded by the Central Bank to the borrower
- Loan Repayment Period: Up to 7 years + 3 years for Trees projects
- Grace Period: 6 to 12 months (up to 3 years for Tree projects)
- No Bank Commission or Filing Fees
- Borrower contribution: Minimum of 50% in cash or in kind towards project cost
- All Legal Entities are eligible
- Fiscal stamps are charged once on the Letter of Guarantee and are calculated at 0.3% of the value of the guarantee.
Fees
Annual Commission: 2.5% of the outstanding guarantee's value paid to Kafalat Company
