For customers wishing to benefit from content of Circular 151 related to cash withdrawal from accounts in foreign currency (till 31/01/2022), kindly refer to the following process.

Eligible Clients
Clients who can benefit from BDL Basic Decision 13221 dated 21/4/2020 are:
- Any client who do not benefit from the provisions of BDL Basic Decision 13215 dated 03/4/2020 and wishing to perform cash withdrawals from his accounts in USD or other foreign Currencies.
- Any client having an account in USD or any other foreign currency
- The Client shall only withdraw the monthly amount set by the Bank only from the said account.

Terms and Conditions:
- Customer shall only withdraw the amount allowed for withdrawal monthly from the Bank in Lebanese Pounds as per the market rate fixed by BDL.
