In line with its Corporate Social Responsibility and its endeavors and strategy to promote education and support young talents, Bank of Beirut sponsored the 11^th edition of the NDU International Film Festival hosted by Notre Dame University, a short film event supported since 2009 by Bank of Beirut.   

Under the constant motto “The Power of Youth”, young national film makers, art directors, actors, professors and students gathered at Notre Dame University to watch a large array of films and applaud the talents and artistic excellence of students from various Lebanese universities. This year’s edition of the NDU International Film Festival was also an occasion to honor the legendary Lebanese Dancer and Choreographer Georgette Gebara.

Expressing its keen support to young generations and recognizing the power and talents of youth, Bank of Beirut distributed valuable prizes to the winning filmmakers, offering a trip to Cannes Film Festival to the winner of the Public Vote Award.
