The Fund

Beirut Income Fund II USD is an open-ended Lebanese Common Placement vehicle that benefits from a conservative allocation of various Eurobonds issued by the Lebanese Government, offering high coupons, with all maturities, not to exceed the duration of the Fund. Additional performance is generated from arbitrage operations, through the leverage allowed. The Fund intends to distribute an annual dividend, since its objective is to provide a regular income. The Fund will terminate on January 2010.
