The 0% LOAN FEATURES
Bank of Beirut offers you the best solution to buy your home:

Financing all the home value: 100% financing within the limits set by the PCH.

0% interest rate: Exemption from all interest accrued on the loan during the second phase of the loan period, in return for an amount deposited at Bank of Beirut.
THE 0% LOAN CONDITIONS
You just need to have about 10% of the home value to be eligible to get a financing covering 100% of this value (within the limits set by the PCH), without paying any interest fees to the PCH.
THE DOWN PAYMENT SOLUTION
If you cannot afford all the down payment, Bank of Beirut exclusively presents you with flexible solutions that allow you to get the financing in return for a deposit that suits your needs, paid whole or in installments. You can also benefit from this offer without paying expert fees and file fees.
