Bank of Beirut Offers a Shuttle Bus to NDU Students

Bank of Beirut – November 5th, 2009: ِBecause Bank of Beirut believes that ensuring access to education is a major concern, it recently offered a shuttle bus to NDU students. The bus was delivered by the Bank’s representatives at Notre Dame University of Louaizeh on October 21, 2009.
NDU, represented by its Financial Director, Father Bechara Khoury, its PR General Manager Mr. Suheil Matar, its Director of Student Affairs, Father Salim Rajji, and the representatives of its Students’ Union, welcomed Bank of Beirut executives who arrived on board of the new bus. Bank of Beirut was represented by Mr. Georges Aouad - Head of Retail Banking Division, Mrs. Isabelle Naoum, Head of Corporate and Marketing Communications, M. Roger Abboud, Head of Cards Business Department and Mr. Elie Saber– Manager of Zouk Branch.
After handing over the keys of the new bus that will transport students inside their university, Mr. Elie Saber, Zouk Mikael Branch Manager expressed the Bank’s keen support to NDU students, highlighting that this initiative is one among many others to come. From his part, Father Bechara Khoury expressed his thanks to Bank of Beirut for its continuous support, then Mr. Roger Abboud recalled the features of NDU Affinity Credit Card, launched by the Bank in collaboration with the NDU and whereby a part of the earnings are channeled for the development of the university.
